Has there ever been a game with a legitimately successful redesign? Breath of the Wild is the closest I can think of but even that's a bit of a stretch.

at the end of the day, cracker barrel was a dumb theme restaurant and they're removing the theme so everyone thinks it's retarded. it'd be like if the rainforest cafe removed the rainforest aesthetic and made everything look bland and boring. you go to the rainforest cafe for the novelty of the atmosphere, without that there's no point in going there. it's the same for cracker barrel, they killed the restaurant if this change isn't reverted.
