For me it's Gfuel. It's better than coffee (I don't have access to good quality coffee anymore since I left home which had a coffee machine) and redbulls (which were my main gamefuel for about 6 months. 2-4 redbulls a day. I also tried Monster and it sucked butt) and cheaper than redbulls, too. You need some trial and error finding the flavors that you like but once you do, it's so addictive. I drink it like juice (3-6 max a day, 150mg caffeine in each serving so I caffinate a lot throughout the day. Maybe too much :p) and it treats me well (no crash) and tastes so good (though I sometimes miss the chemical flavor of redbulls) and is zero sugar (though of course has some sweeteners, just zero calory). I know Gfuel is a meme pushed by influencers, but I fell for it and glad I did. 4 tubs last me until the next BOGO sale and then I buy 4 tubs for the price of 2 again and the cycle goes on and on.
I really recommend it, changed my life. Can be addictive due to good flavor. I don't drink anything beside Gfuel and lots of water.

Anons, how weird am I if I never deank coffee, soda, fruit juices, or any alcoholic beverage whatsoever?
I literally only drank milk and water (non sparkly) my entire life. People find me absolutely unsettling when I go to a pub with my bros and ask for water.
But I just don't like the taste or texture of any other drink. I eat all fruits just fine, but I'd never be able to drink their juice form without throwing up.
Soups though, I don't mind eating with a spoon if they have something solid in them.

If you like a good irish coffee try to find pic related. Its fucking great. The hardest part about a proper irish coffee is getting cream heavy enough that the whiskey wont curdle it and this pretty much does it for you. Perfectly creamy with with irish cream, but surprisingly boozy as fuck.

I used to be that guy, but i worked crazy hours and when you have to be at work by 4am you need to replace most of your blood with coffee as a necessity.
One day Dr. Oz was on in the breakroom, and he was talking about "a simple trick if you're the kind of person who skips breakfast" and he said to try using whole heavy cream in your morning coffee. Not milk, not half and half, but heavy whipping cream.
I decided to give it a shot and I don't ever want to go back.
It is just enough fat and protein and calories that it gives your guts something to do in the morning to help wake up your metabolism. Not a substitute for breakfast, but if you weren't going to eat it in the first place its better than nothing.
It also doesn't water the coffee down, but makes it thicker and richer.

I put the cup under the coffee machine, press one button and take it out. Both sugar and milk are stored in the pantry and fridge respectively and I can't be bothered to take them out for a single drink.

Cheese doesn't fill you up or sate you as well as meat or just normally anything else.
It has this chunky texture to it that almost makes you feel as if you're about to eat meat or something more hearty or beefy or whatever, but then the it just ends up tasting and feeling very lackluster since there's not enough in it to give you the same type of feeling of satiety that even milk could give you, or generally anything else that hat meat to it.
