5 years is a generous estimate. It took 3 years for Switch to get stable and Switch 1 only got an emulator so early because there was an extremely obvious hardware exploit. The Tegra X1 was also really easy to reverse engineer because it's heavily documented by Nvidia themselves and used in a lot of other products.
Meanwhile the Switch 2 has even more hardware protection and the OS is locked down to the point that the Atmosphere developer (who reimplemented the Switch OS) says there are zero software exploits
Even if it gets hacked somehow you'd need an RTX capable GPU and a CPU that's about twice as fast as what's needed for PS4 emulation (which itself is still in its infancy outside of bloodbourne). Gonna need 32GB of RAM too probably
This is ignoring the fact that Nintendo is gonna sue the shit out of any decent one that pops up.
Switch 1's hacking community was very tight-knit. The Switch 2 hacking community has been scattered. Emulators for the Switch 1 and 3DS is barely being worked on now.
