Any other horse racing games that are good? Played a lot of G1 Jockey 4 recently, even if it's repetitive. Tried Starters Orders 7, but I feel like I have no proper skills to succeed in it, and Rival Stars, which is fine if you can stomach the grinding. Pocket Stables and Pocket Card Jockey were fun for a moment.

I keep trying to tell you that medium S is the cherry on top when your speed is maxed out. It’s a multiplier, so if your base number is low it wont even get you up to 1200 speed. 5% of 1000 is 50. 1050 speed.

But there's a special banner for the half-anniversary where you can guarantee you get any 3* girl that's been released. Rival Stars is alright if you can find a torrent of the steam version. I was able to get it from only 2 seeders. I've asked this question around in the old uma JP threads and even on /vr/ and there aren't many more that are in english that I've heard of. I believe there may be a NES game that had a cult following with a translation but I can't find the name.
