Don't let these morons get to you, man- I totally get where you're coming from, and you're right.
If you can't satisfy your partner sexually (but fulfill everything else in her life), there is absolutely nothing wrong with introducing a 3rd actor to the relationship specifically to make up for where you are biologically lacking. Humanity has only gotten to where it is by adapting to our natural weaknesses and variations, so this is somewhat of an evolution if you think about it. If done properly, she can be sexually satisfied, but you can take care of the emotional satisfaction and companionship that is far deeper than just lust or passion. And who knows? Maybe he ends up being really cool. You followed your boss, right? When you had friend groups growing up, you followed some of the other more leader-like guys there too, right? What's the issue?
You might find out that life is a lot more fun when you let someone born to lead take the reigns. Your girl is happy, her new boyfriend is happy, and you still have a place as her bestie and maybe even a place with him if you two really hit it off and have a lot in common and you like the direction he has for you and your partner.
Who knows, maybe one day you could even end up becoming HIS girlfriend? Then, you could fulfill your ex-girlfriend's emotional needs by being her best friend, her sexual needs by stepping aside and offering support to her new boyfriend, and you can be sexually satisfied yourself through him as well.
Anyway, these guys are low IQ rubes, man. Don't pay any attention to these out of touch boomers. /Men have to do better and constantly adapt out there in the world, and there's absolutely no shame in th game if this is how the world is now.
