Everyone theorising about how the next Xenoblade will be the cast of X and numbered games meeting or some gay avengers shit (they don't even have the same art style)

Realistically it's just the planets joined together at the end of 3 and it was happy ever after and a send off.

Ending of X shows the character heading towards this planet too. Towards a happy ending. It's a send off for them too. It closes their story.

Next Xenoblade will be a new beginning. That's all it is. Anybody else trying to make up that it's some grand vision of X and numbered games joining together to become Xenoblade 4 are reading too into it.

It's gonna be a riff on .hack but replace the Eight Phases of Morganna with the Trinity Processors and/or Ares/Void.

Whatever you can sprint on X and that makes it the best Xenonigga game.

I also don't think next game is gonna be centered around the X cast or even the mainline cast but that's weak reasoning

I just want the next hero to be voiced by Malos's VO. Both nippon and English.

X is done, they'll just take some lore stuff added in chapter 13 and ignore the rest

What's the point of theorizing anything when we know it'll just be a retcon of whatever they established in the previous games?

Xenoblade 3 ends with KOS-MOS finding the new Earth

Xenoblade X ends with the last of humanity arriving on a planet with a horizontal ring. Like the planet in Xenogears.

I liked XCX better when its ending was

I tried replaying 3 while waiting for XDE, hoping that the afterglow of FR + leveling down in NG+ would be enough to change my opinion of the game.
Not even close.
On the plus side, it's gradually improved my opinion of 2 tremendously over time

X has cute brown girls that the other games lack and/or need more of

Wild how the attempt to unify everything and make the game's universe feel huge made it instead feel small, fractured the fanbase further, and killed a lot of the enthusiasm and speculation. If 4 isn't effectively a soft reset, and they insist on picking up shortly after FR/XDE left off then we're totally fucking boned.
