I've had every Nintendo machine and since the Wii the only thing I used them for was exclusives as 3rd party games run like aids on Nintendo compared to an xbox or playstation. There is a difference when everything runs bad on the system. The overpromise of Nintendo (120hz screen, hdr, vrr, 4 output except every single one comes with several *) hurts thie Switch 2 much more. Nintendo owners expected this system will finally be able to run third parties and the current outlook is dire. The Switch 1 was b-b-but Witcher 3 and the Switch 2 is b-b-but Cyberpunk!!! Everything else is a mess.
Unless there is some issue in the background we don't know about I have no idea why some publishers even try to port things like Outlaws and Indiana Jones where the minimum requirements are very high. There is no way those games will look and run decently.

It does have some slowdowns there and here but it should be reminded Elden Ring really struggled on every other platform on launch, and the optimization is still not that perfect nowadays. Steam Deck can easily drop below 30fps on High Settings / 720p depending of the area and my desktop PC with a Ryzen 7 + RTX 2060 doesn't stick much to 60fps either on High/1080p (the Dragonkin of Nokstella in its 2nd phase can make the game drop at 30fps)

PSP? I was around when the Gameboy came out. Back then, you actually had to make two different games for the home console and handheld because there wasn't a chance in hell the handheld was running the home console game.
