I never got the hate for /vg/. Maybe I just don't use it enough, but it's been less cancerous than /v/ on the whole. Gameplay discussion withers out around the same time, but there's more oc and less wojaks, bait and twitter screencaps.

The schizoposting in the ai generals is insane. I made myself a script that filters posts using the free gemini quota and 1/3 of the posts get killed. And looking at the results manually the false positive rate is <10%. Google hates UOH posters and has trouble identifying some oldfag postingstyles, but for a first version I'm happy enough with it.

The AI general on /v/ was literally just ignored by the mods at this point because they are mentally enough to set up hundreds of proxies that its just not worth it to stop their contained tranny roleplaying.
in the leak there's literally hundreds of internal modmails about the situation and how they are trying to make the best out of the situation.

ISP bans only affects the actual, normal posters that happens to share the ip with one of the proxies from those mentally ill trannies. 2 years ago i used to have all of my fucking devices banned from using 4chan because some mentally ill schizo kept using a proxie located there.

/vg/ is a fast board (threads archive after 3-6 hours), so threads need a constant stream of activity to keep going. Large enogh games like Minecraft can do that with regular on-topic discussion, but smaller games simply don't have the numbers for it - they either devolve into meaningless shitposting, or they die off, so over time, *all* generals of not-massive games will be filled with insane discord fags. That's why /vst/ and /vrpg/ generals tend to be much better.
