I recently got a cheap used Macbook just to try it out, and I think anyone who claims it's easier to use than Windows is lying.

Wanna check your CPU temperature? You're gonna have to run "sysctl" in your terminal and then manually know which value to grep out of it.
Wanna update to a newer version of MacOS from anything older than like two versions ago? You'll need to go to the Apple website, find a specific page with a special update link to open the specific update you need in the App Store, and only through that link can you find the new version of MacOS in the App Store to update it with.
Wanna know if your third-party software is compatible with this newer version of MacOS? You can't. Either it runs or it doesn't, and there's no explanation or reasoning for why it might or might not. A game from 2016? Too old, not supported! A game from 2013? Yea that's fine.
