ZZZ did plenty of advance with it's rigging process and making each ass cheek have 4 bones. The actual issues stem not from the technology itself, it's not an issue a programmer can enhance much. The real issues lie in how the artist rigs the models.

Breast physics can already be as good as we want them to be. The real challenge is realtime fabric collision interacting with physics body collision, but it might not ever be possible with our existing computing architecture.
