Toby Fox is a crazy man, because I did not care about this man at all in Undertale, then Deltarune Chapter 4 releases and now I'm insanely attracted to him. How did he do this?

What a fucking surprise, a character that shows up in exactly ONE (1) shop in Undertale and is brought up by little to no one in the entire game on top of selling overall mediocre to niche items makes you indifferent but the version that gets about an hour of screentime and takes the spotlight in a full chapter does make you care...
