Been waiting for someone to make this thread on /v/ because I'm currently stuck at Astrea in chapter 9, I was lv 52 and bruteforced the game with berserk because I can't be arsed to grind for money, got to her dragon form and she did some bullshit breath that went for a good 10 seconds and I died. What do?

Also can you come back to grab all the missing weapon after you clear the game?

The story looks like it's cooking but then keizo just stopped giving a shit halfway through and decided to insert cheesy copout and convoluted plot twist just for the sake of it being cool. Except it wasn't even cool. In fact it feels like the storyteller himself isn't even sure where he wanted to take the story. There's timetravelling, there's parallel dimension, there's "future human bad, planet dying" motif but then the demon lord was literally saying human was parasitizing the planet, game preached about consequences of changing fate but then MC just went lol at it and basically did and redid things at his whim without suffering any real consequences. Then I'm told this is all just a dream some god cooked up, like seriously can't you just focus on ONE goddamned thing?

Also that final boss phase 1 bgm was obviously Lotus Juice ripoff. And the future smoking guy look uncannily like Kiritsugu.

The entire game can be solved by abusing i-frames from the water summon with some passive healing that goes along with it. Don't remember the (summon's/the ability's) name at this point as it has been years, but it will get you through everything.

"proof of life" is an absolute ludokino subtitle and i always had that thought of leaving a trace of your existence in the back of my mind. The game had a moment that fully realised the unfiltered ludokino but then proceeded to immediatelly throw it away moments after

Using mountaindew shield with Ridee. I usually just use summon to erase bullets or heal but this dragon just spam nonstop on a whole fucking screen and I can't get to her belly if I play safe.

I mean seriously this could been a good story, not great or perfect 10/10 or even 8/10 but at least it could have gone for 7/10 instead of this mess that looks like some teen just scribble every cool idea he saw in manga and anime and movie and games and cram them all into his story.

Because they were given directives of eleminating humans so that the future humans can have more ressources, thus eleminating the "parasites" that prevents the privileged future humans from living in peace.

The only time there is no consequences is during the postscript, and that's because Astrea was the one paying the price for all the time travel in the postscript, which ended up killing her, meaning there was actually always consequences.

The only time this happens is at the beginning of the postscript, where it's revealed that the ending where past and future fused together was actually a dream, which make sense since that ending didn't make any sense and felt like wish fulfillment that didn't actually solve the source of the problem which was the lack of resources.

If you can't tell the game has been reworked and continued several times. At one point it did end there. And those two giant scale women? You were supposed to make a difficult choice between characters in the end at one point too.

Better yet, that giant UFO disk in the final boss sequence. You can deal way over 6 digits of damage with a single cast of that thing due to how wide it is, and thats without berserk or crazy magic investment

There's a couple of ways to get around it and you gotta use combinations of them dependnig on what the situation looks like.
