There is no way to get good image quality at normal performance with 1080p in this day and age. It's either overly blurry when antialiased, overly flickering and garbled without antialiasing, or hard to run with DSR/VSR. Modern rendering memes like DLSS and FSR also scale vastly better with higher resolutions.
