i am that person. it is a verbal tic in the same vein as people who say "like" or "umm" every few words. you use it to fill the air while you process your thoughts. yes, you get more respect and people are more intent on listening if you actually let the silence between words hang for a bit, but sometimes that doesn't work when you are talking to ADHD retards who interrupt the instant that you let there be any amount of dead air because they think you were done speaking. plus, i grew up around trailer trash, it is hard to stop swearing.

I don't get why they really wanted to insist with Big Death Machine Bosses, it would've probably been better if said "Ultimate Weapon" was indeed the only machine you fought through the game with every other Boss being a mutated Bird, then at the halfway point someone tells you that the Birds are making a new Ultimate Weapon and you discover that it's a nuclear bomb

Laika welcomes you with an Image of a freshly gutted child crucified with his own guts and eyes impaled with claws pulled from his own paws while he was still alive.
Meanwhile Melodies of Steel had to hide how the Famous Soul Cannon really work in black and white comic book, they couldn't even show children witnessing people being dying and burned alive, instead it's hidden shyly in the artbook as tiny little images. Hell, one of the young girls was meant to die early in the game.

Honestly, it's kinda beautiful how something so absurd like flipping through the air to jam fresh ammo into your rifle ends up feeling more elegant than half the forced "gritty realism" shooters out there. It's like someone watched too much circus kung fu and thought, "Wait, what if this... but with ballistics?" I respect that insanity.

Overstayed its welcome with way too much backtracking, but I had fun with it, until I didn't. Didn't bother finishing. Definitely want more 2D bike shit. Elasto Mania was the bomb.
