It just isn't possible past a certain point.
I mean, there are some bigger girls over 200 lbs who wear their fat in kind of a "sexy" way but once you pass that limit you start getting ridiculously anatomically incorrect characters if you want to maintain some degree of conventional appeal. Artists will keep as much fat off of the face, arms and neck as possible and try to keep as much as possible on the legs, buttocks and boobs so you just end up with nightmarish creatures instead of fat girl. Conversely, if you add that fat back onto the face, neck and arms you just end up with a character that reminds everyone of how gross fat women are in real life.
That one Nikke girl is the best you're going to get.
