anyways harpies are always 50/50 for me, has to be a good balance between the bird and human part. like OP's pic is just too birdy overall, still pretty since the face isn't fucked but I'd prefer if it had some actual human skin somewhere. WoW harpies are what I'd consider to be a good harpy design, although I wouldn't trust nu-blizzard to make a new model without intentionally uglifying them (again, this image I posted is a newer model that kinda pooped the bed compared to vanilla harpy models but even then it's not that bad). speaking of wow...
