Syndicate Wars wasn't that bad, I played when I was 16 in 2019 and I trial and error pretty fast how to play.

There was some sort of fixed version available for the PC version of this title, but I don't manage to find it anymore.

I remember to have played it on PSX and that version had some levels taken off compared to the DOS version. It was pretty cool, but maybe the worst part was the soldier management, for skins was very rare, you could only get money stealing from the banks (and when you destroyed them, you had to check there wasn't citizen around, otherwise they stole the money and even if you kill them, you don't get them back).
