What's your favorite Gears entry and why

5 because it has a lot of stuff and its polished

I finished GoW2 many times 11 years ago.

Took everything that was good in 1 and amped it a few notches. Fun fucking game.

i only played judgement like 10 years ago and it was really fun especially in coop but most of the gears fanbase hated it

Hard to say.
>1 had the best atmosphere
>2 probably had the best campaign and introduced Horde mode
>3 had my favorite Horde mode, the new Beast mode and my favorite multiplayer
>Judgment had overrun which I played a ton of

Gears 1 was my favorite. I have a lot of memories of matches ending in a 1v 1 sniper battle where both players are repositioning and popping their head out for a fraction of a second. really tense moments. There was 1 cog tag I could never find no matter how much I replayed the thing. I think I ended up looking it up on youtube years later.

GoW2 pissed me off because they changed running, and something else, I forget what, but It infuriated me. Horde mode was fun, however.
GoW 3 was okay but sawed off was OP and it filtered me for a long time.

Had to find a link for the original 2006 pc port that they don't sell. No, not buying the dogshit butchered remaster. Also, I didn't remember the game being so fucking hard.

Genuinely down to pure luck. Would love for them to do a straight port the others but they hate free money. I'll hope those nerds who made Sonic Unleashed possible do Gears.

I hated them all, truly SHIT games
my dumbass friend used to climb through my window at night to play them, which I allowed because he brought weed and his hot as fuck younger siblings, but he worked at KFC and brought chicken wings once and HE DUMPED THE BUCKET ON MY FLOOR AND STARTED EATING OFF THE FLOOR
