It's a VM that emulates old hardware thus you can install Windows 95-98 on it and even play OpenGL and Glide games. I kinda dream about buying a mid PC just for this purpose.

This filter shit is new and the program is quite old. There aren't many VMs that can properly emulate old hardware for gaming. Also there is a driver that translates OpenGL and Glide into software mode, so the CPU does the heavy work. https://youtu.be/2lg-A6mBWWk
