While I don't doubt that there is a story mode, but the "fear" tag might also be there for some of the stages having some spooky elements. One of the Drag Race stages has some creepy three eye shadows in tubes that might freak some kids out

This kind of stuff has been in nearly every Kirby game but Forgotten Land was the first and only before now to have it due to the visceral imagery of Fecto Forgo and perhaps Forgo Leon.
