The station plays music from a selection of twenty pre-War songs. These songs all focus around 1940s American hits. This radio station plays more or less late 40s blues, pop, and some early 50s proto-rockabilly, compared to the Enclave Radio, which plays more traditional patriotic songs.

3 and NV are both very enjoyable for different reasons.
I only wish that Bethesda had actually done something original with 3 instead of just copy-pasting every enemy and faction from the original games. What mutated crazy animals are on the east coast? What factions sprung up there? What insane experiments were being run?

Only minor cameos. Three of the other people at the Vault-Tec meeting are people who have been mentioned in the games. The West-Tek rep is Leon von Felden (head of FEV research who later gets killed by Roger Maxson), the Big MT rep is Frederick Sinclair (the guy who built the Sierra Madre), and the REPCONN rep is mentioned in NV but is otherwise not noteworthy.
Victor was shown in the season 2 trailer, though.
