Armored Core VI deserved better than the reception it got. Not saying it was received poorly but it didn't deserve to be forgotten two months after release.

I'm pretty sure everyone just finished it. It's still seemingly the most successful mecha game ever released, unless there's some outlier superhit I haven't noticed.
