But the handheld in your picture isn't even available yet...

Has to be able to hold your library of games and be price matched to not enter mid range PCs which would destroy it specs wise.

Like, the only reasonable place where a handheld sounds useful is in a plane, but even then I think I would go for a gaming laptop

I think what I’ll probably do is install the new windows that comes with it on my steam deck so I can play gamepass games on it
