Ive honestly thought a lot about how a gay furry pornographic character action game would play like but the end result is typically that erotic games always sacrifice gameplay for porn. It would be incredibly fucking annoying to have a porn scene mid gameplay which halts all flow. It also forces you to make controls more simpler for one handed gameplay which sucks immensely.
So for a more 3rd person action game like the character action genre it makes more sense to tie porn scenes to the completion of the stage and have it be like a cutscene. Also another problem I always think of is what happens after-fap. Usually after you ejaculate youre done with the game since continuing is going to make you waste the next porn scene for when your horny again and that again ruins the flow of game and forces you to rethink the entire game design around this. My only solution I've thought of was adding a skip button and being able to save it and access all porn cutscenes in the gallery.
Also gay furry character action games are way too niche. You'd be much more profitable turning the product into a bisexual pandering game for more money especially since that type of game costs more money to make overall.

The idea I was thinking of is based more on the typical character action games of it being mission based and going from stage to stage.
Though your idea works could and could be cheap if it's a budget game taking place in only one location like a Colosseum like in OPs pic.

I'm a furry so I'm obviously wildly biased but I do think that even without the fetishizing of anthro characters they're just really cool and offer a nice change to character design. I also think anthro characters have a lot of easier ways for artists to express emotions especially with more minimal and stylized graphics. Playing into gimmicks and common cultural associations with various animals is also cool.

either you make a porn game with some gameplay
or you make a game with some porn
The two don't mesh together that well without some sacrifice of the other.

Honestly the one thing the always bothers is the question of what a person does after they're done masturbating. usually you close the game after right? from a game design point of view then you have to think about how you design your game around someone refractory period

Echidna wars, easy. The non-porn attacks aren't nearly as good as the porn ones, and there's that one boss that debuffs you when a porn attack is used, making you slip on the ground, which makes dodging significantly harder.
