Level 5 should've been a Homer level, not an Apu level, I've never seen anyone else complain about this but it always felt so random and out of place. Homer should be the one exploring downtown Springfield at night, I mean think about it - You have a Simpsons game where Homer doesn't go near Moe's Tavern even ONCE.

Can you still play them after finishing the main story?

Also how is Road Rage? Is it JUST a Crazy Taxi ripoff, or does it do something different?

There are races to complete, and cards, outfits, and cars to collect, but no special missions or anything.
Road Rage does have missions, which are a brief fun challenge. Destroy 10 statues in 30 seconds as Snake, and stuff like that. There's no real end to the story they introduce about the radioactive buses though.

It's Crazy Taxi but you get Simpsons dialogue with special interactions when your driver happens to know the passenger. Definitely had a novelty to it, that lawsuit was really dumb.

It also had a 1v1 multiplayer mode which Crazy Taxi didn't have where players would race to get fares done and if the other player got the passenger you had to ram into them to steal the passenger off them. And apparently Crazy Taxi very hypocritically copied it for a later psp game.
