1 and 2 are better because the audio in that port is compressed, there's a big obnoxious deadzone that makes it annoying to play, the cutscenes are washed out fmvs of screen recordings of the gamecube version, challenge mode is padded with too many stages, some sound effects are missing entirely, and if you actually play the few deluxe exclusive levels independently you'll realize they suck. They're big maze explorey levels and don't add anything to the game. I can't remember too well but it might be missing a mini game(?) but don't quote me on that I don't really care. And ps2 port has all those problems and more
