>once you get powerful, you eventually get to a point where the game just plays itself and there is no gameplay anymore

He said T.Lost, you can't get Dead Cat as T.Lost since his "better items" excludes basically every form of extra lives outside of his Birthright effect, among other really strong items like Stopwatch and Big Fan.

T Lost means Tainted Lost. Tainted Lost's gimmick is he gets better items, HP and defense items are removed from his item pool. He starts with one Holy Card giving him one time Holy Mantle. The strategy with him is getting means to replicate the holy cards or get the Blank Card.

Finally someone pointed out why this game is shit for me. I hate the inertia and 5 years to kill part so much, too used to Nuclear Throne and Necrodancer. Also never got the appeal of the newgrounds omg poop haha humor and the Creator feels like he insists upon himself, if I want to add petty complaints.

I really try to aim with book of shadows and battery items to charge it while dealing damage, but for some fucking reason I haven’t been getting the synergy I want. I thought I had a god run, but I stupidly used brimstone with ipepac and hemo
