I mention this as someone who’s done it before, which is why it confuses me that I rarely see others do it. Depending on the style, in this case, just a few colors; it’s a very easy fix. Just a few minutes in Photoshop or Illustrator. Sure knowing how to draw helps, but a simple reference hand pose wouldn't be difficult to trace over.

I really like the game but I'm kinda annoyed how you can see results of the fight before the actual fight happens including all the RNG rolls. Not only it makes watching fights pointless but also creates weird situations where you can win by simply switching characters even if their position makes no sense - it'll shuffle the RNG and your chances.

Don't even know how to improve this because going blind would be probably very frustrating expirience. Maybe on higher difficulties it shoud show POTENTIAL result which then can be affected by RNG rolls during the actual combat.

There's nothing really weird about it. Changing positioning has a pretty profound effect on targeting priorities and potentially on turn order (initiative), as it's designed to. It's baked into the tactical aspect of the game.
The issue is that most players kinda just blindly swap spaces till something jiggles into place, so it seems like voodoo magic. But what's happening is usually perfectly explainable.

You can still get fucked by RNG rolls despite proper tactic. Thing is, you'll instantly know this and will be confused why your composition doesn't work while in reality it does, you simply didn't roll crit\evade when necessary. Which forces you to try and swap characters trying to find working composition.
Don't show players exact result of the fight and this situation won't happen, you'll need to actually think instead of juggling positions to trick RNG seed.

I couldn't finish the game. I got to the coliseum, tried to get as far as I could, then stopped shortly after. By then, I felt completely overpowered for the story missions. I also got too autistic with constantly switching around everything after every battle, making it unfun.
