To get an A rank you would need basically everything you got there, but you would need more stats or more golden skills.
Golden skills add a lot of points into ranking, but for example, if you have gotten a single other skill into A you would have gotten A rank, since you have S+ speed, S sprint and one golden skill.

-Get more stamina.
-I can't see it here, but try to get more fans by your end run (once you understand the gameplay loop and the important races, that's easy).
-Get as many skills as you can, but try to ignore the green ones.

Also Urara runs a lot less races (because of her Dirt proficiency) so its a little bit harder to get her to A rank.
