You basically just pray you get procs. My normal 3 star stat sparks gave about 88 stats spread through power and stamina. I borrowed some guy with two 3* Ura Finale sparks and just prayed it would proc, and you get god damn +250 to all stats. That's without having it myself. Just imagine getting the full 18* of Ura Finale.
