What's the best way to mine diamonds? I just learned you can duplicate that Netherite Upgrade template with them and I really don't feel like crawling through bastions for them.

I don't know how this happens but you WILL mistake the lichen for diamonds even though they don't look alike. It's some memetic trickery.
