In the demo I managed to change my character's eye colors from the mutation and make glowing scars show up all over her body. I unlocked the ability to recolor those scars in the character editor after getting the mutation so you'll probably be able to still customize mutant exoskeleton colors at the very least.

Yeah the tutorial segment that had not one but two separate nigh unkillable enemies you're meant to run away from was retarded and even if you go through the trouble of killing them nothing from the tutorial carries over apart from your first armor set.

I enjoyed the demo but fuck POE2 coming out with the new patch and Hollow Knight Silksong? Makes it a tough buy. I will probably get it later in September if I get bored.

I don't remember anything from the first one, only that I had fun.

tutorial segment was awful. they changed the mecha game into Anthem styled powered suit slop. Worst of all they fell for the open world meme in 20 20 fucking 5. I was excited for this, and playing the demo totally killed it for me. All I wanted was a better version of the first game with more parts, better weapons and more customizations. Pass.

I'm sold, first game was fun but had a huge list of problems and I'm willing to give them another shot if they've dealt with some of them (they already kinda have from what I've seen)

You literally can't kill the boss. Even if you spend the 20 minutes it takes to whittle down its HP once it gets to 0 it just stops taking damage and nothing happens. This is despite that your ally has special dialogue that changes to encouraging you to fight together once you get it down to around 70% HP.

Not him, but horses are a way for humans to surpass their slow movement speed by using a creature good at moving fast.

Power armors are a way for humans to remove their natural limitations, there is no need for mutant horses then, just make the power armor move faster.

I started the demo on the NS2 because I wanted to see if it would perform better than the first game did on the first Switch.
And it seems like it does. At least in what I played of it.

But people here kept shitting on the demo runs on the NS2. So I've been considering restarting the demo on my PC, which is more than powerful enough to run the game on high settings. But I just have a hunch it won't even be worth it. And it's especially annoying since I spent forever to kill those enemies that you probably weren't really meant to defeat, and I kind of don't really feel like doing that again. And thus I've kind of just procrastinated playing more of the demo at all.

But I will say that I'm liking the movement of DxM2 a lot more than of DxM1, and DxM1. Especially in the air. I really like it.

Is there any concept japs won't ruin?
