I hope the transforming weapon concept comes back in future games, Star Ocean or not. It's pretty neat having a mishmash of attacks.

There is no reason to talk about this game after the initial launch. It was a one and done experience. Not that awful, not that good. Just let it rest.

It's another one of those games that was done unjustly for how great it is overall, could easily be considered the best in the series if not comparable and being a fantastic base to move on from, but in that regard a few small changes would have made a huge difference and made it literally a 10/10 game. Also a generational run of best girls.
