Theoretically no. To start with, you'd have to weigh enough to shatter the glass instead of just bouncing off of it.
And also, the glass would impale both you and the person you landed on (a combination of glass piercing flesh, being pressed into by the body entering the vehicle, AND also being crushed by the body entering the vehicle), instantly killing them and gravely injuring you.
On top of all that, when you finally landed in the car, the momentum of the vehicle itself would hit you like a freight train.
And on top of all that, the windshield isn't big enough for you to just assume a seated position and flop into it instantly unless you're a contortionist.
Your spine would probably be shattered from the force of having your legs shoved into such an awkward position to slid into the driver's seat, over the steering wheel and console, and then also flop into position.
There's WAY too much shit that can go wrong there.
