First one only has one version, play that wherever.
Second game is kinda the same on everything, PC and PS4 just add a few smaller things that make no difference. I'd grab the Steam version with the Kat DLC.
Akiba's Beat is only on PS4 and I think Vita. Same thing.

Compared to the PS4/PC version, the Vita, PS3, and (unfortunately) Switch versions are a ghost town. PC version is buggy as fuck, though.

If its anything I pirated it last time I played it, and I find it really easy to just drop a pirated game for no real reason. Looking at it on Steam right now, its only $20. Thinking about grabbing it and giving it another go for some dumb fun, maybe actually finish it this time.

Maybe 10-ish hours at the most if you spend time dicking around. NG+ runs are super short since you can carry stuff over and even let you cheat by seeing which choices affect which girls.
