What's the scariest/creepiest game you've ever played.
For me is Jisatsu by Chilla's Arts. Game creeped me the fuck out the first time I played it.

This, nobody designs a monster like Frictional. The grunts in that game were in my nightmares for a decade afterwards.

Also on the subject of Frictional, Amnesia the Bunker is the best horror game of the last decade.
