I think you have ranked Fortissax with too much praise. His fight is far too similar to the normal ancient dragons, and he whiffs lots of his own moves with minimal player input while severely underutilizing his hind legs and wings in combat. The club-like section of his tail also doesn't seem to be any different than the rest of his tail.

Morgott, Mohg 2, and Godfrey are worse than Margit, Mohg 1, and Goldfrey, and these three fights being enshittened do more than anything else to show the actual problem with Elden Ring. Radahn is all style, no substance, Fortisaax dies in 2.6 seconds, Radagon has half as much health as he should.
Ancestor Spirit is piss, Astel is meh, Elden Beast is a piece of shit. Half the DLC bosses are shit.
And the thousand tree spirits.

Elden Ring has significantly more bad bosses than good ones, even if we only count spammed bosses once per major variant umbrella (all the dragons are 1, all the draconian tree sentinels are 1, ect)
