Those two files are the right size, and are already decyphered. After patching it, it worked perfectly for me, except for one caveat with the DLCs you will surely noticed. The idea that this map is rated or beloved too highly is a classic talking point of dummies who think they're saying something. Conquest 10 is the first "shit gets real" map in the game but it isn't the best nor the most difficult map in Conquest. I almost never hear anyone say it's their favorite these days, or even particularly hard. Awakening's maps are too simple. Many are just like Gaiden's maps, with little terrain.
Birthright and Revelation are similar to Awakening, and the latter has too many overpowered royals with no thought to balance the game.
Three Houses did actually use terrain, but IS made the maps and barely gave any to Koei, so it recycles maps constantly. If it had the map variety of Engage, it'd be much better.
Engage, I would say a flaw is the emphasis on outdating units. Many units you get are just objectively worse than later-joining units. Like, unless you're running an all-girls team, you'll probably drop Framme for Pandreo on maddening. Similar things happen with Lapis to Diamant to Kagetsu, etc.
