There's just no way corpo lifepath isn't the canon choice. It's the most fleshed out and makes the most sense with Jackie being a childhood friend as opposed to some random thug who offers you a play to stay after just meeting him for 5 minutes.

V acts and sounds like a Streetkid but Corpo is the best one because it's the shortest while also having the most dialogue options. Whenever you pick the Corpo option it makes you feel like V really knows his shit which is a nice change of pace from the other two

Nomad is the only one where you don't get fucked over like a little bitch. Only choice for non-cuck playthroughs.

When I had the option to namedrop Abernathy in the 'Saka epilogue to get out of a jam, I finally thought my choice in the beginning was worth it and it would've felt like a nice way to tie the whole experience together
Then the game just rugpulled me, because you can't bypass sequences in modern games, and I just threw my hands up in the air and quit this piece of shit

It doesn't overstay its welcome. By the time I was done having fun with my reflexes/cool V the game was over. Gunplay is fast and solid, but you have to play on Very Hard. The movement feels free as fuck, and when you get fully upgraded dashes and maneuverability there's nothing else like it. The writing is at least above-average, even with all the goofy in-universe slang dialogue is believably written and paced. If they just give the sequel actual RPG mechanics instead of only perk tree shit, and add a little more random events to the city, it'll be GOTY. They're going to start development on the sequel in a post-GTA6 world, so who fucking knows.
