why would you want toxicity in niche match making. mvm is fucking dead as fuck, and it has been for years. you are not going to get a lobby outside of two cities with 5 people who know how to play
you get stuff like dipshits running demoknight and spy and only the mode with no reward is playable since you get an extra teammate to make up for all the dead weight dipshits
Being rude to your team is not going to incentivize them to learn anything and they arent going to listen to you when you ask them nicely to swap off sticky jumper, and these people need hours of yapping to learn anyway
the problem is that valve doesnt teach the game or build up difficulty in a meaningful way
you play mvm with a premade friend group, or not at all. atleast if we are talking about ANYTHING besides two cities

People will never understand this in any dying multiplayer scene whether it's an fps game or an mmo like darkfall or a sword fighter like mordhau. It's funny because they are usually the root cause for why a pvp playerbase in any given game cannibalizes itself, then once that's done they treat any newcomer or noobs with extreme hostility while at the same time crying about how the community is slowly dying and they can't get any new blood to stick around. Toxic pvpers are some of the fakest people on the planet.

I met some taconigger that went spy and idled while throwing insults at our pyro, even though he didn't have the fart equipped(and potato rebalanced gas on their servers anyway). He just latched onto him and started screaming about him being 12 like a drunk groomer. It was an intermediate mission too.
