Don't buy contentless live service drip slop.

Most of the game is routing the random map optimally to give the highest odds of character progression in the given span of time. In multiplayer you need to do this in unison with two other players without much communication. It's basically a multiplayer rogue-like for people who like speed-running souls games. Don't play this if you like going slow and methodical in souls games.

it's good but it is also a cheap asset flip. there is a reason why it's not a full price game. i can't tell you if it's worth 40 or not. i don't regret it but i'm sure others do.

Dog is only a trap if you use it for DPS on Nightlords or other dangerous bosses. It is great for reviving and used as a free health pot. Also good for quickly clearing camps and weaker bosses.

I have 160 hours in it and I'm still enjoying it. Beat everything so far. The only thing left to do is wrap up 3 remembrance questlines but I can't be bothered. I enjoy too much bonking stuff with Raider.

I played it, the new gameplay mechanics were nice but the lack of content was embarrassing. buy it now if you're just looking for a few flashy bosses to fight, otherwise I'd say wait about a year or so to see if it stays afloat long enough to get more areas and bosses

It's great and I'm having fun on it
Never played it multiplayer though, I prefer playing singleplayer
