Go make yourself a "regular coffee" in your kitchen, and measure out the exact weight of "coffee" in whatever form you add. Then consult the table of ingredients for this coffee material to calculate how much caffeine is in your "regular coffee".

You're very wrong about how things work here.
Headaches after no longer drinking coffee is not a result of an addiction but merely a side effect of how caffeine interacts with the body.
It blocks receptors in the brain which leads to constriction of the blood vessels. So the body produces more receptors and when you stop drinking caffeine those receptors get floded and the blood vessels in the brain expand uncomfortably.

You just described the physical portion of addiction. Your body cannot function normally when supplemented regularly with abnormal amounts of anything.
That includes ibuprofen, which stops your body from experiencing pain by binding to enzymes that would go on to become neurotransmitters that cause pain and inflammation, after binding with and converting the stuff that comes out of injuries.
And of course you can see the consequences here. That means your body no longer feels pain when it expects to. So over time with regular use it adjusts. So does your dosage to keep up with your changing body. And just so, the side effects of ibuprofen like stomach and liver failure get worse.
Eventually this unaddressed landslide of effects becomes a dependency, where the adjustments and altercations your body has undergone due to natural balance and side effects is so severe that a sudden stop in consumption of whatever you were doing can cause even worse problems upto and including death.

Good thing there are great healthy alternatives to coffee. Like sleeping at reasonable intervals and eating healthy foods. A great way to not overuse ibuprofen is to not fucking injure yourself all the time you fucking animals.
Take care of your mind and body.

Nothing you won't really notice from drinking under 400mg of caffeine, which is why it's the safe amount.
Maybe you'll find it easier getting to sleep at night, find the sun/exercise gives you more of an energy boost and find caffeine/sugar gives you a bigger rush but again just a maybe.
Honestly speaking, there is so much shit you consume with no control of your own that's bad for you which 'quitting' would provide infinite more benefits over caffeine.
A quick example, being outside around cars you'll consume pollution equivalent to about 180 cigarettes a year. Our way of life is simply not considered healthy, that's not me trying to say drink 1000mg of caffeine becuase cars suck it's just me saying you can't realistically minimise every unhealthy thing to a highly noticeable degree.
That said: don't drink 1000mg of caffeine.

Because a camping trip is not ordinary life. You go to a camping trip to take a break from ordinary life, everything is different on purpose and you can tolerate it for the duration of the trip.
>gets headache that persists for half a day
>no longer addicted
The headache goes away, the depression and cravings don't. Try going off caffeine for 2 weeks while living your daily life. When you build your motivation on caffeine, coming off will be really hard. Apparently it can take 3-6 months to learn to live without it, and even then it's just not the same, because your life was built upon the assumption that you are on caffeine.

yeah, some people do drink coffee exclusively for keeping themselves awake. it doesn't make you less drowsy, it makes so you don't (or rather, can't) accidentally fall asleep
>I feel more sleepy rather awake after drinking it
that's completely normal and that's one of the reasons why I don't like the effects of coffee. I'd rather eat a fucking apple, take multivitamins and a cup of tea or caffeine tablets than drink some dogshit low quality coffee that tastes like dishwasher water. that's the thing about tea: even the most cheapshit brand of tea that comes in bags can taste decent, the same can't be said about cheapshit coffee.

First of all that isn't an addiction, it lacks the compulsive habit forimg factor. Having a headache doesn't suffice for that criteria, there is a reason why people don't have issues with decreasing their coffee intake. By the same metric feeling flabby and weak after stopping to exercise would be the sign of an addiction.
And while I didn't bring up ibuprofen, you're still wrong about it.
Developing a tolerance for NSAIDs is pretty rare and hard, people are more likely to suffer from their inherent side effects before that becomes a thing.
