Probably not. Rare was already having troubles even under Nintendo. DKC3 and 64 were good, but they were the first cracks in Rare's impeccable record.

I've got a gamecube ODE, not cheap but it's the best money I've ever spent on this kinda thing. Just slap the iso on an sd card and put it in the gamecube, perfect compatibility. Meanwhile on xbox you're ftping over a ripped directory of each game and there's a few dozen that require patched executables that are hard to find online these days. And PS2 is just fucked.
