Religion/Magic route. The idea of chopping my arm off and replacing it with a chunk of metal doesn't appeal to me.
The second an EMP hits, you're fucked and can use your body.

Natural Body w/ High Powered Exosuit w/ Magic is the way to go.

Religion since its more reliable than a bunch of metal that breaks and you won't know how to fix
