They're mixed because they have the same fucking issue as the first remake.

There's high as fuck CPU usage that just throttles the performance even on a 7800x3d.

4k is somehow activating dlss and other upscaling so it's not even real 4k with no setting to turn it off.
The color palette has changed, even brighter than before, there's no greystones everything feels like a colorful fruitcake game

The point of this remaster is to bring the brand to Playstation. If it's gonna sell, the rest will surely come. If not, they will still come probably, since remastering is cheap and they need some GP fodder.

It got bad reviews since microsoft no longer cares for the pc market. The priority is getting the ps fags to buy it and milk the whole line from there. They are doing 2 in 3 years about. They're both testing the market and not wanting to fall into the same trap GTA definitive did. Problem is, the remaster is just a texture and lighting touch up to a decade old remaster of the worst game in its trilogy. It's set up to fail. Sad because 3 is such a good game, and so is 2 to a lesser extent.

This was an issue on ultimate edition too unfortunately. Nice to see they never fixed it. If you play on an AMD card the stuttering is too aggressive to play the game. I'm not sure if that got fixed.
