Star Wars sequel trilogy-tier.
Clean House is a good mission and Valeria was hot, that's it.
2019 was a flawed but fun multiplayer, and it's Ground War was a good substitute for Battlefield

The actual beat mission in the game is the stealth mission at night near the end where you cab tackle it in a bunch of different ways.

To answer OP's question, They're all ultimately warzone era slop. 2019 at least has a good aeathetic and III has decent multiplayer, but the skin shit kind of sours even that.

It has less of the woke-ish stuff, Farah just appears in one mission and you play as Soap for 90% of the game.
One of the villains is a latina but she's hot.
What's strange is the plot has barely anything to do with 2019.
2019 implied it would lead to events similar to those of COD4, with Zakhaev and Al-Assad, but instead it's about Cartels and some random arab terrorist.
The missions also forget about any pretense of realism, it's back to action movie-tier action.

recently ran through the camapign of these and blops games thanks to game pass and shit.

1. call of duty is still the best military shooter. yes it has issues but at least its not making me grind and.p2w like the division or giving me 300 hour mapbloat like ghost recon
2. modern warfare games are pretty fun if you ignore the story and writing. i was reminded why its so much better than black ops shit trying to be oh so cihrazy with shit mechanics like prophunt bosses
3. mw3 using warzone maps as campaign missions is cancer
4. armored enemies that take 10 sniper headshots to kill are cancer
5. even playing muted and skipping cutscenes is eyerolling. of coirse they shove a brown musl girl to center stage and kill off the fan favorite white guy

Yeah I have no idea why MW19 gets a pass from so many IWfanboys on the woke stuff. I'm not even someone that gets overly triggered by that stuff but even then MW19 is ridiculously woke even by my standards.

As far as MWII goes, it's a step down in quality overall but it does have this one mission designed around stealth and limited ammo that I think has a lot of good replayability, especially on higher difficulties. It leans really heavily into this crafting and scavenging system that it feels like they had anned on using more but then it pretty much al.ost never comes up again.

Are... are they building up to WW3 and it's just going to take four more installments or what?

I played through 19 on highest difficulty below realism. Playing through the first 2 mission right now, and it seems pretty cool.

the Al-Asad was just a tease/setup for the Special Ops mode, and Zakhaev was the background story for Warzone(there are cutscenes you can watch).

Zakhaev(who died in Warzone) comes back to fuck around in the zombies plotline in MWIII, and Al-Asad got dragged back as a cosmetic only thing for VG.
