No, pantyshots of Amy rose in the modern games (2010-2025) are very rare. In Sonic Generations you can rotate her 3D model and if you put her looking in a specific direction, you can catch a glimpse of her underwear but I can't think of anything else in the games released in that time period I mentioned.

You accidently posted Amy, the most overused female character, in your Sticks thread, OP. Sonic Team are faggots who will make a character canon and let her appear in a mainline gane and then never use her even in the kart racer for no other reason then they didn't create the character, they are that petty.
He made Super Speed feel real, which is something SHITnic was unable to do. Sega needs to invest in animators that know what they are doing instead of hiring dead weight like Ian Flynn.
