i had a big forest park next to where i used to live and it was littered with pokestops along the trails, and had i think three gyms around

Honestly with how helpful/kind and unified everyone was with each other during the first few months, thinking back on it, it felt like a dream

I think i played it once that summer walking around with an ex who wanted to play walking around the city at night. I didn't think it was very good. My mom played it more than i have on her walks but she hasn't played in years either. My GF I'm with now, we played Pokemmo together for a bit a few years ago and i was way more into that until i reached endgame

I can't believe summer is over in 6 days. This is fucking grim.

When it came out it wasn't compatible with my phone I bought 4 years prior. I didn't feel like upgrading. By the time I did upgrade the fad was over.

That's just one of the rules set in place: You cannot place mythical/legendaries (except Meltan/Melmetal) in gyms. Reason probably is that they'd make taking the gyms down too difficult, or the fact that putting mons in a gym nets you a (very) minuscule amount of candy, so Niantic doesn't want you to grind that.
