I know you're just fishing for replies, but some people actually think like this without a hint of irony. If this was something given away for free, then I could understand this point of view. However, this is a premium product that the customer pays for. They have a right to not only have an opinion, but a say in the product itself. Not just buying it is minimal, but optimal is actually listening to the customer base. Any successful business considers what the customer wants, and looks at them more than a mere consumer. There's a reason those two nouns are different. The modern market has been pushing to look at customers as consumers instead, and remove autonomy entirely. But that's another discussion considering products as a service. Every user on this website should know that their opinion matters concerning products, and if they have an issue, they should vocalize it. Anyone telling you otherwise is a shill, or a troll.
