I wish that was even the lesson to be learnt here. But it's not even close.
The problem is that skilled talent is horribly underpaid because third-worlders will work for 5% of the wage. It's unironically the same problem you get in a warehouse.

You outsource your jobs to the cheapest bidder and end up with a building full of useless cunts that refuse to even speak english.

The lesson to learn here is that cheaping out on literally the most important staff of your team results in an inferior product, who would have thought.
